The Chick-fil-A Bowl App is a free download and is available now on iTunes and in the Android Market and is made available by Bowl sponsor H&R Block."This was a fun initiative and is a credit to our staff led by David Epps, Matt Garvey and Benji Hollis who integrated marketing, communications and sales into the first bowl game app. Once again, the Chick-fil-A Bowl team takes a leadership position to better serve our Bowl’s fans," said Gary Stokan, Chick-fil-A Bowl president and CEO.The mobile application, which is the first of its kind in the bowl business supporting IOS and Android, will serve as a one-stop shop for ticket-holders and fans alike. The app will feature information on all of the Chick-fil-A Bowl week events, local attractions, hotels, restaurants and a comprehensive bowl history section.Features include updated Bowl Week photos and video content, access to the Bowl’s social media platforms, Georgia Dome seating diagrams, maps and directions, and a special page to view real-time stats during the game.App users will also have the capability to purchase tickets to many of the Chick-fil-A Bowl’s fan-centered events leading up to the 2011 Chick-fil-A Bowl, including FCA Breakfast, Georgia Power Chalk Talk & Football Feud Presented by the AJC, FanFest Presented by Coca-Cola Zero, MVP Tailgate, and Fan Nights at the Georgia Aquarium and World of Coca-Cola.
