The Chick-fil-A Bowl is redefining how it interacts with its customers.

Long known as the leader in hospitality, the Chick-fil-A Bowl, including its Board, its staff and its volunteers, will give an identity to -- and a mission for -- how we relate to everyone we serve. This approach will dictate everything we do as it relates to our hosted teams, our ticket buyers, our sponsors and partners and each other.

It is in the same spirit and with the same inspiration of Chick-fil-A's Second-Mile Service program, that we have created our own customer-focused philosophy ... Chick-fil-A Bowl C.A.R.E..

We urge each and every representative of the Bowl, to dedicate themselves to these principles at any time you are in contact with any of the groups we serve.

We ask you to think about each interaction with our customer as an opportunity for you to serve them by delivering on this promise with your mindset, your attitude, your words and your actions.

Chick-fil-A Bowl C.A.R.E. is defined by the four pillars that make the word CARE:

The "C" is for Customer-first. This defines our overall approach to this new philosophy. We ask you to always place our customer first. In every situation we will consider the needs of our customer above all else and we ask you to make this attitude obvious by the way you interact with them at all times.


The "A" is for Attitude. Your attitude about your job and your responsibilities is the most important asset you have. It carries over into everything you do and the way you act and how you are perceived by others. A good and positive attitude is always well-received. It is contagious. It can make bad situations better and good situations exceptional.


The "R" is for Relationships. The relationships we develop with our teams, our fans, our sponsors and partners and with each other are the foundation for everything we are trying to build. We will dedicate ourselves to building strong, positive personal and professional relationships with our customers and with our fellow staff members and volunteers.


The "E" is for Excellence. At every level, we should strive for excellence in everything we do. Our mission is to provide excellent, best-in-class service to everyone we come in contact with while representing the Chick-fil-A Bowl.

 

 

Going forward, our collective mission will be to make these principles a natural and permanent part of who we are at all times and in all ways for each of our events.
