The Chick-fil-A Bowl is committed to nurturing student-athletes at all levels. To further this mission, in 2006 the Chick-fil-A Bowl created an endowed scholarship program designed to benefit the universities who participate in the game each year.
Over the last for years, and continuing on an annual basis, each university that plays in the game will receive an additional $100,000 in the form of a Chick-fil-A Bowl Endowed Scholarship.
To date, seven different institutions of higher learning have received endowments totaling $800,000.
